What is a board game cafe?
A board game cafe is a cafe where you eat, drink and play board games with your friends or family. At Game Knights, we have more than 200 board games on our shelves. You order food or drinks, pick a game, and play at your table. Our team helps you choose a game and explains the rules.
What are board games?
Board games, also called tabletop games, are games you play together at a table. You already know some of them: chess, ludo, Scrabble and Monopoly are all board games. Card games like UNO are tabletop games too. At Game Knights you can play games like these, and many new games that are easy to learn and fun in a group.
Are board games only for kids?
No. Many people think this, but board games are for all ages. Friends, couples, colleagues and families all play at Game Knights. We have quick party games, games for two people, family games and strategy games for serious players. It is a fun way to spend time together, away from your phone.
Do I have to pay to play the games?
No. All our board games are free to play. You only need to order food or drinks of at least AED 25 per person. There is no entry fee and no hourly fee.
Is there a time limit?
No. After you order, you can play for as long as you like until we close.
Will someone teach us how to play?
Yes. Our team knows the games well. They can suggest a good game for your group and explain the rules, so you can start playing quickly. You do not need any experience.
How many games do you have?
More than 200. Some you already know, like Monopoly and UNO. Others are new games that our guests love, like Ghost Blitz, Slapzi and 123 Cups. You can see the full list on our games page.

Yes. We have games for every age. For children under 5, we have simple games like Hungry Hungry Hippos, Pups in a Soup and fishing games. We also have games for older kids, teens and adults. Board games are played sitting at the table, so they are best for children who enjoy sitting and playing with the family.
Can I bring my own board game?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own games. The minimum order of AED 25 per person still applies.
Do you have Wi-Fi? Can I study or work here?
Yes. We have fast Wi-Fi, and we open at 9 AM every day, so it is a good place to study or work. We also have a monthly Co-working Pass for Monday to Friday. It includes coffee every day (one coffee a day or unlimited coffee, depending on your plan), and you can use the space whenever you like. Included coffee is served until 5 PM. We are open every day. Monday to Thursday: 9 AM to 11:30 PM. Friday to Sunday: 9 AM to 12:30 AM (after midnight).
Where are you? Is there parking?
Shop 2, RAK 2 Building, Behind Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Muwaileh Commercial, Sharjah. There is plenty of public parking in front of the cafe and nearby.

Yes. There is no venue fee. We have 70 seats and more than 200 games, and you only pay for the food and drinks your group orders. Send us your party details on our booking page or on WhatsApp.

Yes, you can bring your own cake, and the minimum order of AED 25 per person still applies. The easier option is to pre-order a cake from us: we bring it to your table as a surprise, and you do not need to carry anything. Just ask us when you book.

Specialty coffee (V60 and espresso drinks), all-day breakfast, pizzas, wings, sourdough melts, burgers, desserts, milkshakes and signature coolers.

Yes. You can order our food and drinks on Talabat, Noon Food and Keeta.
Do you have any offers?
Yes. New guests get a free drink when they buy any other item. On weekdays from 10 AM to 6 PM, you can get unlimited coffee and tea for AED 35 per person (dine-in only). Fazaa card holders get 15% off the total food and drink bill. Terms apply.

Yes. Every Friday at 8 PM we host Friday Night Social. It is an open game night where you can meet new people and learn new games. You can come alone or with friends. There is no entry fee. Join through our Meetup group, Game Knights Board Games. We also host Ladies Nights on some Wednesdays. Message us on WhatsApp if you are interested.
