This policy explains how Game Knights Cafe L.L.C.-S.P. ("Game Knights", "we"), Shop 2, Muwaileh Commercial, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, handles personal data collected through gameknights.ae and our WhatsApp, phone and email channels. We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect

Details you give us: your name, mobile number and email address when you claim an offer on our website, and your name, mobile number, preferred date, number of guests and event type when you send a party or table enquiry.

Messages: the content of WhatsApp messages, calls and emails you send us.

Website usage data: pages visited, buttons clicked, device and browser type, approximate location and similar technical data, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see below).

How we use it

To reply to your enquiries and confirm bookings; to honour offers you have claimed (including checking that a first-visit offer is used once per mobile number); to send you updates about events and offers where you have agreed to receive them; and to understand how our website and advertising perform so we can improve them.

Cookies, analytics and advertising tools

Our website uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement (Google LLC), the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation). These tools use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits, record how pages are used (Clarity may record anonymised session replays), and measure and improve our ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as Google (Workspace and Sheets, where enquiry and offer records are stored), Meta (WhatsApp Business), our booking and messaging tools, and our website host. Some of these providers store data outside the UAE; we use reputable providers with appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose data where required by law.

How long we keep it

Offer and enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to stop sending you marketing messages, or to restrict or object to how we use it. To make a request, email team@gameknights.ae or message us on WhatsApp at +971 6 535 2598.

Children

Our website and offers are aimed at adults. Party enquiries for children should be made by a parent or guardian.
